In this role, The People & culture Coordinator will support all functions of Davidson Hospitality Group’s division of People and Culture (Human Resources) for the success of all strategic initiatives.   • Respond to all internal and external HR related inquiries or requests.
  • Compile and maintain digital records/reporting when needed.
  • Assist with admin. related items for L&OD, Talent Acquisition, Payroll, Compliance, Benefits, and other related areas.
  • Respond to and resolve all Tier 1 iCIMS and Workday tickets submitted. 
  • Communicate updates, send reminders to all property HR teams.
  • Plan for and schedule corporate meetings, on-site L&OD events, and more.
  • Assist with Davidson Academy registration, build, and distribute the Monthly Learning Report.
  • Assist with on-site interview scheduling for corporate candidates.
  • Coordinating on-boarding schedules with new hires & incumbent leaders.
  • Support the field with job fair related prep by shipping displays and other branded swag.
  • Occasionally pull time tracking data and other reports for payroll audits.
  • Complete tasks related to open enrollment and other areas of total rewards.
  • Assist with transition/acquisition activities, when needed.

Qualifications

  • Associate degree or minimum of 1-2 years of experience in HR or related field
  • Current or very recent experience with iCIMS and Workday is required.
  • Previous hotel and administrative experience highly desired.
  • Excellent written/verbal communication, problem-solving, and administrative skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with a proven ability to meet tight deadlines
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
  • General understanding of HR functions and best practices
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and HR related software (ATS, HCM, CRM, Payroll)
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
