• Working towards a Bachelor’s or advance Degree with a concentration in Hospitality, Real Estate and/or Finance
• Experience and/or course workload must consist of Excel and financial modeling
• Basic knowledge of hospitality real estate markets, including operations, debt/equity structures and exhibits familiarity with real estate terminology
• Ability to think critically
• Keen attention to detail
• Highly developed organizational and analytical skills
• Ability to work well and collaborate with others as well as be self-directed and independent to achieve project deadlines
• Business writing ability
• Strong computer skills: Excel (modeling and analysis), Powerpoint, Word, Outlook, online research tools
